When Joe and I moved to Oz we decided that we couldn’t give up on Thanksgiving. So, last weekend we had the inaugural Australian Thanksgiving. We rented a house in the Blue Mountains, at a place called Wentworth Falls, and Joe cooked up a fabulous traditional Thanksgiving feast for a few friends. We chose the middle of August because it’s cold.
